How the Three-Year Program Works

Eligibility Requirements

• Be a national of an ADB member country.
• Be age 32 or below at the time of joining ADB.
• Hold at least a first-level university degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Have at least three years of relevant professional experience. ADB says internships count, and the vacancy states that a PhD may be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Be willing and able to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
