ScholarshipHubNow provider standards

Scholarship Provider Guidelines

These guidelines explain what scholarship providers should submit, how ScholarshipHubNow verifies listings, and what may prevent an opportunity from being published.

Eligible submissions

  • Scholarships, fellowships, internships, exchange programs, conferences and funded research opportunities.
  • Programs from universities, governments, foundations, NGOs or recognized organizations.
  • Opportunities with a current official source and clear application information.

Required information

  • Official program name and provider.
  • Official website and application URL.
  • Deadline or clearly stated application period.
  • Funding, eligibility and study/program level.
  • Provider contact information.

Verification process

We compare submitted information against the official provider source. ScholarshipHubNow may rewrite and reorganize the listing into our own editorial template while preserving verified facts.

Reasons for rejection

  • Expired or unverifiable opportunities.
  • Misleading funding claims or unsupported benefits.
  • Affiliate-only, promotional or low-trust landing pages without an official source.
  • Incomplete eligibility or application information.

Editorial independence

Creating a provider account or submitting an opportunity does not guarantee publication, ranking, endorsement or preferred placement. ScholarshipHubNow independently determines whether a listing meets our editorial and verification standards. Published pages may be updated, corrected or removed when the official source changes.
