Eligibility: read these limits first
The 2026 university call requires a bachelor’s degree from an Italian university other than Sapienza, a final mark from 105/110 through 110/110 with honours, and completion in no more than three years plus one semester (42 months). The call sets an age ceiling of 24 at publication and an ISEEU or equivalent family indicator of at most €45,824.71. Foreign nationals may need a comparable ISEE document, but a foreign-university degree by itself does not meet this particular call’s Italian-university condition. What the award covers
The €3,000 amount is gross, paid in one instalment after the winner has actually enrolled by the applicable master’s deadline. Winners receive a tuition exemption but pay a €30 university contribution, stamp duty and the Lazio regional tax. The university explicitly says this award cannot be combined with a Lazio DiSCo regional scholarship. It is neither a full living-cost package nor a generic fully funded master’s scholarship.
