Who is eligible?
International first-year applicants may apply through Early Decision I, Early Decision II or Regular Decision. Admission is need-aware for international applicants, so the amount of aid requested may affect the admission decision. Applicants should request financial aid during the application process and submit the required financial documents by the applicable aid deadline.

SAT or ACT scores are optional. Applicants choosing the ACT must submit the Core ACT plus the Science section.
English-language requirement
If English is not the primary language of instruction at your school, Pomona requires TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo English Test results. The official international FAQ lists minimum scores of 100 for TOEFL iBT, 627 for TOEFL ITP Plus for China Solutions, 7 for IELTS and 130 for the Duolingo English Test. Applicants may self-report scores when applying, but enrolling students must provide official results.
